Новое предприятие специализируется на выпуске железобетонных префаб-элементов для строительства жилых, коммерческих, промышленных и социальных объектов.
Промышленный комплекс общей площадью около 25 тыс. кв. м построен на участке 8,4 га и включает главный производственный корпус, административно-бытовой корпус, бетоносмесительный узел, склад инертных материалов, котельную, здание КПП. Производственная мощность I очереди нового завода «ПРЕФАБРИКА», запущенного в ОЭЗ ППТ «Кашира», составит до 240 тыс. кв. м в год. Бюджет проекта – более 4,9 млрд руб.

A plant for the production of biodegradable disposable products from cellulose raw materials will be located next to the PREFABRIKA AG plant. Greatbuild LLC will invest 1.45 billion rubles in the construction of production facilities, creating more than 80 new jobs. This industrial production of biopolymers will be the first for Russia. Its technology provides a high degree of automation, meets environmental standards and does not have a negative impact on the environment.
The largest investment project of 2023, L-Pak Kashira LLC, is also being implemented in the Kashira SEZ. The company is building a factory for the production of packaging products and corrugated cardboard. The planned volume of investment in the project is 19.4 billion rubles. The company plans to create 1,150 jobs.

The company will produce corrugated cardboard and packaging products from 100% environmentally friendly raw materials-cellulose from plant biomass. The main products are four-valve boxes, complex die-cut products and large-sized containers that are used for packaging food products, medicines, cosmetics, furniture, household appliances, automobile spare parts, etc.
At the first stage, it is planned to produce about 20 million square meters of corrugated cardboard. In the future, the production volume will be increased to 50 million rubles. Also, the plant will be able to accept waste paper from all over the Moscow region for recycling.
The investor has already started construction of the first stage of the production and warehouse complex with an area of 62 thousand square meters. meters.
The project will be fully implemented within three years and will create about 1,300 new jobs.
The total investment is estimated at 19 billion rubles.
On December 27, 2023, KRIO-LNG received the status of a resident of the Kashira SEZ.
In 2024, the company will start construction of a plant for the production of tank containers for the transportation and storage of liquefied natural gas. A production building with a total area of at least 10 thousand square meters will be located on a land plot of 2 hectares. The company will create about 100 jobs, and the investment in the project will amount to 3 billion rubles.
The plant will produce important import-substituting products: today, producers of liquefied natural gas in Russia buy the tanks needed for storage and transportation abroad.
Production technologies will allow mass production of tank containers that have virtually no analogues in their characteristics. They, having a small mass, are strong and durable in operation, and also allow you to store gas for at least 60 days.

On June 14, 2023, at the SPIEF-2023 site, with the support of the Moscow Region Government, two agreements were signed on the implementation of investment projects in the Kashira SEZ.
Kashira-Park Management Company LLC and the Chinese company Taian Liangqian Yanda Construction Industry Technology Co. Ltd. signed an agreement, the subject of which is the project for the construction of an industrial park with a single collective use center in the Kashira SEZ.
The industrial park's infrastructure will allow new SEZ residents to launch their projects as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Agrokultura Group is the regional leader in indoor vegetable cultivation. Under the Green Standard brand, the company sells fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, and strawberries. The greenhouse complex with an area of 100 hectares is located in the Kashira city district of the Moscow region.
"Currently, the greenhouse complex employs more than 1.5 thousand employees. Commissioning of the fifth stage will increase this figure to 2,000 people, " added Sergey Voskresensky, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the region.
On November 8, 2021, a trilateral agreement was signed between RT-Invest Recycling LLC, Kashira-Park Management Company and the Government of the Moscow Region on the intention to implement a new investment project "Construction of a polymer Production Plant" in the Kashira SEZ.
The capacity of the polymer processing plant will be more than 100 thousand tons per year. The project product will be recycled polymer pellets, which are widely used in the production of containers for household chemicals, nonwovens and other goods. The main feature of the project will be the technology of production of" green " PET pellets of food grade.
"In total, we are investing about 10 billion rubles in this production. From 10% to 20 % we will invest our own funds, the rest will come from a consortium of banks that traditionally work with us, including Gazprom Bank, Sberbank, and possibly VEB. Today, this consortium is being created and the Government of the Moscow Region is helping us with this. The product line includes low-rise and medium-rise multi-family residential buildings, individual residential buildings and infrastructure facilities for various purposes.
The innovative production technology is based on the use of only Russian materials that will allow the production of new heat-efficient and environmentally friendly wall material (non-flammable and durable) for capital construction. The plant will provide up to 800 new jobs for Kashira.

Using modern technologies, the company plans to grow rainbow trout and silverfish in the amount of 5,000 tons per year in live weight. It is also important that 100 jobs will be created.

Thus, about 800 new jobs will be created for residents of Kashira, 200 of which will be located directly at the enterprise, the rest will be engaged in the assembly and preparation of house kits directly on the construction site. Investments in the project will amount to 3 billion rubles. "Investments in the project will amount to 4 billion rubles, 100 new jobs will be created with an average salary of 40 thousand rubles," said Vadim Khromov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region.
At the moment, pre-project work is underway, which is scheduled to be completed in early 2020. The plant will be put into operation by 2024. The capacity of the enterprise will be 5 thousand tons of Atlantic salmon per year.
"About a year ago, Andrey Vorobyov and I signed an agreement on the creation of a new industrial park with the aim of creating industrial-type companies that need a large amount of energy and resources. It took about a year to complete the legal outline and apply for SEZ status. I think that in the next month and a half we will already receive the status of a SEZ, and in anticipation of this, we have signed two more agreements on the construction of two plants on our territory, " Dmitry Zubov added.
Already at the stage of preparing the application, it was possible to attract 5.7 billion rubles of investment, which will be invested in the first five years in the infrastructure of the zone and the creation of five new industrial facilities.
It is worth noting that in early May, the government of the Moscow Region sent an application to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for the creation of a special economic zone (SEZ) of the Kashira industrial and production type. The new SEZ will be located on an area of 496 hectares in the Kashira urban district. An economic zone is created without government funding.
The creation of a new special economic zone and the opening of new industrial enterprises on its territory will contribute to strengthening the investment climate and the economy of the Moscow region and the development of import substitution. Also, in the next five years, more than 2 thousand new jobs will be created with an average monthly salary of about 50 thousand rubles for residents of Kashira and the nearest municipalities of the region.
